ProdPass Start free trial
Environment and release management, with AI agents

Every change, cleared for production.

ProdPass brings your test environments, bookings, releases and deployments into one place. Teams see what runs where, what's ready and what's safe to ship. Ask anything in plain English, and let ProdPass's agents do the chasing. No more spreadsheets, chat threads and status meetings.

  • AI agents that chase bookings, outages and approvals
  • Nothing to install: sign up and start
  • Single sign-on and role-based access
  • Connects to the monitoring and CI/CD tools you already run
prodpass / how it works
How ProdPass worksYour tools stream status, deployments, work items and tickets into ProdPass, and Ask ProdPass answers a question in plain English. A booking clash in UAT is caught and moved, and the Keeper agent drafts an extension for a booking about to end. An outage in pre-production is flagged and the Sentinel agent tells everyone affected within a minute. Release REL-24 deploys through SIT, UAT and pre-production while its work items are completed; the Pilot agent chases the last gates and drafts the Go/No-Go request, the AI readiness brief says Go, and it goes live in production.Your toolsCI/CD pipelinesJenkins, GitHub ActionsMonitoringDynatrace, PrometheusWork itemsJira, Azure BoardsTicketing / ITSMServiceNow, FreshserviceAny other toolREST API and webhooksProdPassPayments 24.11 · REL-24On dutyAsk ProdPassKeeperSentinelPilotMonTueWedThuFriSITUATPre-prodProductionPayments testingCards testingClash: same instanceClash avoidedOutage · FX Rates Service downResolved in 18 min · tester told✓ 4.3.0 deployed✓ 4.3.0 deployed✓ 4.3.0 deployed✓ Live in productionPayments 24.11 · no incidents · audit trail recordedRelease scopework items and change tickets linked to REL-24PAY-412Payment limitsIn progress✓ DonePAY-418FX rounding fixIn progress✓ DoneCHG-2291Change ticketIn progress✓ Done✦Ask ProdPass: What's free in UAT next week?UAT2 from Tuesday. Why teams switch

Stop managing production readiness in five different places.

Environment bookings live in a spreadsheet, outages in a chat channel, versions in someone's head and release readiness in a weekly meeting. ProdPass makes it one system of record, kept up to date by your own tools.

The booking spreadsheet

Bookings without clashes

Teams book exactly the system instances they need, exclusive or shared, with approvals. Overlaps are caught before they happen.

"Is UAT down again?"

Status everyone can trust

Your monitoring tools set status automatically, and planned maintenance is excluded, so availability figures mean something.

The Go/No-Go meeting

Readiness you can see

Every release carries its gates. Most check themselves, so the Go/No-Go is a decision, not a fact-finding exercise.

ProdPass AI Available now

Just ask ProdPass.

Which environments are free next week? What's blocking REL-24? What changed in UAT since yesterday? Ask in plain English and get the answer in seconds, drawn from your own bookings, releases, outages and deployments, with a link to every record it used.

It sees only what you're allowed to see, and it never books, deploys or approves anything on its own. ProdPass suggests; you decide.

Ask ProdPass
Is REL-00024 ready for Friday's Go/No-Go?

Not yet: 1 blocker. 3 of 4 mandatory gates have passed.

  • FX Rates Service is down in pre-prod, so 2 interfaces used by Payment Hub are broken.
  • Payment Hub 4.3.0 is deployed to pre-prod, inside its window.
  • Pre-prod is one version behind production on Sanctions Screening.

Included

ProdPass AI

Included in your plan, nothing to set up. Runs on a model in the same cloud region as your data, and nothing is kept or used for training.

Bring your own

Your own model

Connect your company's Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic or OpenAI account, under your own contract, controls and region.

AI stays off until an admin turns it on, and every request is logged with exactly what was sent. Prefer your own assistant? Connect Claude, Copilot or your IDE through the ProdPass MCP server, with the same permissions.

Agents Available now

Agents that do the chasing.

The reminders, follow-ups and "who needs to know?" that eat your week, handled around the clock. Keeper, Sentinel and Pilot notice what needs doing, tell the right people and draft the change. You approve it in one click; nothing happens without you.

Available now
Pilot · Release agent

Your release, chased to the finish line.

  1. Asked the Payments lead for the missing rollback evidence on REL-24
  2. Every gate green ✓ Go/No-Go request drafted for the owner
  3. Reminded the 2 approvers who haven't decided yet

Hands off to you: the go call is yours. Pilot never approves or deploys.

Available now
Keeper · Environment agent

No more zombie environments.

  1. UAT3 idle since last week. Release drafted for Cards to approve
  2. BK-00412 ends tomorrow. Extension drafted, as nothing else needs it
  3. Drafted a request to fix pre-prod drift

Hands off to you: every request it drafts waits for an owner to approve.

Available now
Sentinel · Incident agent

Down at 9:40. Everyone told by 9:41.

  1. FX Rates Service down in pre-prod
  2. Told 2 testers, the UAT2 owner and REL-24's owner: 3 bookings affected downstream
  3. Back up ✓ The same people told, and your Teams channel

Hands off to you: it informs and drafts. Closing an outage stays with people.

Know your environments

Understand what's in your environments.

See every system in an environment, the version it runs, its live status and every interface it depends on. When something goes down, see what it breaks, before your testers find out.

  • Connectivity view of systems and their interfaces: REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, batch and file
  • Environment view of the instances in each environment, coloured by live status
  • Broken and impacted interfaces worked out as soon as an instance goes down
  • Focus on one system and follow it upstream and downstream, one hop at a time
  • Built from your CMDB: import it from Excel, then monitoring and pipelines keep it current

Features

Everything between "code complete" and "live in production".

Environments

Know what runs where, and whether it's working.

One inventory of environments, systems and instances, with live status rolled up from your monitoring tools and a status board the whole organisation can read.

  • Live status from AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Prometheus or Grafana alerts
  • Usable availability that excludes planned maintenance, measured against targets
  • Drift detection between environments: missing systems, versions and settings
  • Import from Excel or onboard systems with a guided form
prodpass / environments
Environment manager home with today's events, the week ahead, bookings arriving and the status board
Bookings

Book test environments like meeting rooms.

Projects reserve what they need for the dates they need it. Approvals go to the right owners, and everyone sees the clashes before they bite.

  • Exclusive or shared bookings per instance, with overlaps blocked by the database
  • Approvals from system or environment owners, with a waiting list in one place
  • Clash warnings when maintenance, an outage or a freeze lands on a booking
  • Utilisation reports that show what's booked and what sits idle
prodpass / my bookings
Tester home showing bookings in use with the live status of every booked instance and clash warnings
Releases

Releases that pass their gates before they reach production.

Plan a release, its scope and its deployment windows in one guided flow. Gates check themselves against real deployments and events, and named approvers make the call.

  • Readiness gates per release type: automatic checks plus evidence-backed manual ones
  • Promotion path showing each system's version through SIT, UAT, pre-prod and production
  • Go/No-Go by named approvers or a group, recorded with the scorecard at the time
  • Collision detection for releases touching the same systems in the same window

Deployments

Every deployment reported, linked and checked.

Pipelines report what they deploy. ProdPass links each deployment to its release and window, updates the instance's version, and flags anything that broke the rules.

  • Ready-made steps for Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Octopus and Argo CD
  • Deployment windows with automatic linking of what happened inside them
  • Flags for deployments outside a window, during a freeze, or to production without a go

Calendar and events

One calendar for everything that affects an environment.

Bookings, planned maintenance, outages, change freezes and release windows, together. Schedule maintenance and everyone affected is told.

  • Impact analysis: affected bookings, projects and releases found automatically
  • Notifications by email, daily digest, Microsoft Teams or Slack
  • Change freezes that flag deployments made during them

Insights

A scorecard leadership will actually read.

Availability against target, time to recover, change failure rate, SLA attainment and utilisation, built from the same history as the detailed reports so the numbers always agree.

  • Status history kept for every change, so trends can be rebuilt at any time
  • Report builder and shareable dashboards on curated datasets
  • Release, outage and service desk trends over 30 days to a year

And more

The details that make it stick.

Service desk

A catalogue of environment requests (access, refreshes, new environments) with forms, approvals, a work queue and SLAs.

Guided onboarding

First sign-in asks what you do and shows the right first steps. Onboard a system or plan a release in a few guided screens.

CMDB import and export

Environments, systems, instances, interfaces and projects from Excel or CSV. Preview every change first; nothing is ever deleted.

Search everything

Environments, systems, releases, bookings, requests and events from one box. Type REL-12 or BK-7 to jump straight there.

REST API and webhooks

Everything the app does is in the API, with personal and service-account keys, IP allowlists and signed webhook triggers.

Encrypted backups

Nightly, passphrase-encrypted backups per organisation, with a checked restore, a safety backup first and one-click undo.

For your team

A home page for every role.

People see what matters to them the moment they sign in, and can switch to any other view.

Keep environments up, owned and in step.

Today in your environments, the week ahead, who's arriving, and what needs looking after: unmonitored instances, unknown status, approvals waiting, drift.

  • Status board with 30-day availability
  • Maintenance that warns affected bookings
  • Drift watches between pre-prod and production

Integrations

Works with the tools you already run.

Native adapters read each tool's own alert and deployment payloads, so there's nothing to build. Anything else can post to the API.

A production system is an application you deploy and version on its own on its way to production, such as Payment Hub or Core Banking. Each copy of it in an environment, from SIT to production, is an instance. Free and Team include 5 instances per production system; Business and above are unlimited.

What counts as a production system?

An application you deploy and version on its own, such as Payment Hub, Core Banking or an internal API. A production system running in SIT, UAT and production is still one production system, with three instances. Free and Team allow 5 instances per production system on average (15 on Free, 50 on Team); Business and above have no instance limit. Shared tools such as a database server can be recorded under the production systems that use them.

Do we pay for users?

No. Every paid plan includes unlimited users, so testers, developers, managers and approvers can all sign in. Service accounts, API keys, pipelines and monitoring integrations are always free too. The Free plan includes 5 users.

What happens when we reach our limit?

Admins get a heads-up at 80% and at 100% of your production systems or instances. You can go over by up to 2 production systems or 10 instances for the rest of the month, then add a pack or upgrade. Nothing already in ProdPass stops working, and bookings and deployments carry on.

Can we add production systems without changing plan?

Yes. Team adds 5 production systems and 25 instances for $200 a month, up to 25. Business adds 10 for $200 a month, up to 100. Beyond that, capacity is priced openly: 250 for $4,500 a month, 500 for $7,500, then 100 more for $1,000 a month. Annual billing takes 20% off all of these.

How does the free trial work?

You get Business free for 14 days with your own organisation, no card needed. Afterwards pick a plan, or carry on with Free: your data stays.

Which integrations are included?

Every plan includes the REST API and webhooks. Team connects up to 4 monitoring or CI/CD integrations, such as Dynatrace and Jenkins. Business and above connect as many as you need.

Is our data sent to an AI company?

Only to the model you choose. AI is off until an admin turns it on. ProdPass AI runs on a model in the same cloud region as your data, and nothing is kept or used for training. Or connect your own Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic or OpenAI account. Every AI request is logged, so admins can see exactly what was sent.

Do you offer discounts?

Annual billing saves 20%. Talk to us about pricing for non-profits and education.
